職責
Major Duties:
- Lead planning and development of structured programmes and thematic activities
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs from therapists, social workers, artists, and peer facilitators
- Monitor service output, user feedback, and suggest programme refinements
- Supervise and provide coaching to volunteers
- Facilitate community outreach and engagement events
- Support preparation of promotional and training materials
- Assist in programme evaluation, including data collection and reporting
- Ensure service delivery aligns with safety, accessibility, and inclusivity standards
- Collaborate with external parties to support the service evaluation and impact measurement
- Report to the Project Manager and attend interdepartmental planning meetings
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (5-day work week), Shift work required
Working Location: Pok Fu Lam
資歷要求
Requirements:
- 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) & Chinese at Grade E or above in HKCEE or Degree holder or equivalent
- Good programme planning and coordination skills
- Decent communication and interpersonal abilities with good adaptability and innovation capabilities for service excellence
- At least 4 years’ relevant post-qualification experience on elderly and/ or rehabilitation services with 2 years’ working experience on time-limited project is preferable
- Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Experience in leading exercise and/or mindfulness programmes for older adults / people with disabilities is an advantage
