職責

- To direct and oversee the overall management and administration of the Association in order to ensure that its operation is in compliance with regulations and policies as set by relevant subventing/funding bodies;
- To ensure the Association is financially healthy to meet future development of the Association;
- To lead the Association in planning, monitoring and developing its services/projects that will meet the Association’s mission and aims;
- To be the spokesman of the Association on public relations matters, particularly in contacting and liaising with funding bodies, government departments, NGOs and business/professional groups of related field.

資歷要求

- Possession of a recognized bachelor degree or above in Social Work / Rehabilitation Science / Management or a relevant field;
- At least 15 years’ post-qualification experience in NGOs and / or public sector (including 10 years at senior management level)
- Well versed in corporate governance requirements, social welfare subvention system and funding guidelines of major sources of funding, such as Lotteries Fund, The Community Chest, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust;
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Strong leadership, strategic management, risk management and communication skills;
- Possession of a good network with NGOs, government departments and different funding bodies.
