Corporate Involvement in Social Development
Hong Kong PHAB Association partnered with corporate and professional associations to promote the concept of integration between people with and without disabilities through a variety of projects including education and training, professional assessment and treatment, potential development, employment opportunity, and public education in Hong Kong.
The projects aim at developing the integrative culture, enhancing the interaction between people with and without disabilities, nurturing and facilitating people with disabilities for better life.
Corporate may develop their Environmental, social & governance (ESG) sustainability strategy, commit to corporate social responsibility(CSR), and join us to promote the concept of integration by the following ways

Support Fundraising Events
The Association organises large-scale fundraising activities, such as PHAB walk, Raffle Ticket Sale, Flag Day , etc. We welcome enthusiastic support from the public and business enterprises.
Sponsor Pilot & Special Project
Partnership with Corporate, Professional Organisation and Institutions for pilot schemes and special projects has been one of the effective ways to keep up with the society and fulfill the needs of service users. Your support could help us to develop pioneer services and to extend new service scopes to fill up service gaps. Long-term collaborations between PHAB and corporate are essential, and your donation could be levered by matching grants from the Government, such as Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged. more details>>
Support PHAB Employment by offering Placement and Working Opportunity
Career is essential to everyone, especially the unemployed and people with disabilities. Supported Employment Service (SES) and Employment Support Service(EmSS) of PHAB provide training, job matching, work exposure and employment follow up to facilitate the unemployed and people with disabilities to re-enter the work market.
Corporate may support the unemployed and people with disabilities by the following ways:
- Providing job placements for people with disabilities
- Providing vacancies for the unemployed and people with disabilities
PHAB will support the corporate on:
- Recruitment plan
- Arrangement of interview
- Job adaptability of our service users
- Workshops for the colleagues in the office
- Recommendation on environmental adjustment for the employees with disabilities

In-kind Donation
In addition to cash donation, we also welcome in-kind donation, such as wheelchairs, mobility equipment, masks, electrical appliances, computers, etc, to fulfill the basic needs of our service recipients. Please contact us if you are interested in donating.
