[Reservation] Is the campsite limited to rehabilitation groups and individuals only?
ANo. Registered non-profit organizations, churches, schools, businesses, or individuals in Hong Kong can apply to rent the campsite and facilities on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to rehabilitation groups.

[Reservation] Can someone other than the applicant or team leader handle the check-in procedures?
ACheck-in procedures must be handled by the applicant. If necessary, you can contact campsite staff to make arrangements.

[Reservation] What are the check-in/check-out and room key collection times, and can early check-in or late check-out be arranged?
ACheck-in/Check-out times are as follows:
Day Camp: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Overnight Camp: 3:00 pm to 1:30 pm the following day
Twilight Camp: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pmTo arrange early check-in or late check-out, campers will be required to apply for a Day Camp or Twilight Camp and pay the relevant fees.

AChildren aged three and above are required to pay the full fee, while those under three can enjoy a half-price fee. For every 10 full-paying campers, one child under three is exempt from fees, and so on.

AMeals and activities require separate booking and payment of relevant fees. Only after confirming the camping period can applicants proceed with activity and meal requests.

AFees paid for the camping period, meals, and activities are non-refundable in case of self-cancellation.

[Dormitory Rooms] Are refrigerators, electric kettles, hairdryers, slippers, safes, or personal hygiene items (such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel) provided in the rooms?
AThe rooms are equipped with hairdryers, but campers must bring their own personal hygiene and cleaning supplies. Additionally, the dining hall has a self-service hot and cold water dispenser and a communal refrigerator for campers to use. Storage lockers are available in the clubhouse; please contact campsite staff if needed.

[Dormitory Rooms] Do the rooms have air conditioning? Are there any restrictions on operating hours?
AYes, air conditioning operates during the room rental period. To conserve energy, please adjust the air conditioning temperature to 23-25 degrees Celsius and turn off all power sources when leaving the room.

ASince the campsite needs to arrange activity instructors in advance, activities must be booked at least three weeks before check-in.

ACampers should immediately inform camp staff for follow-up. Depending on the situation, campers may need to compensate for any related losses at market value.

[Dining] Can I book meals at the same time as booking a camp? How are meal charges calculated?
ANo need to. Applicants only need to fill out the required forms and submit them to the camp office three weeks before check-in, and meal costs should be paid when ordering, as payment is final and cannot be changed or canceled.
The number of diners must match the number of meal orders; discrepancies will result in the campsite requesting payment of the difference.

[Transportation] Does the campsite provide shuttle bus services to the MTR station?
AThe campsite provides rehabilitation bus shuttle service to and from Kennedy Town MTR Station. The shuttle has 12 seats, 3 wheelchair spaces, an automatic lift, and secure wheelchair locks. For shuttle bus arrangements, applicants must apply when booking a camp, and charges and details can be discussed with campsite staff.

[Transportation] Does the campsite offer parking services?
AThe campsite does not provide parking services. It is recommended that campers park at the nearby ChiFu Landmark Shopping Centre.

[Others] If a camper feels unwell or has an accident at the campsite, in addition to immediately calling 999 for assistance, what should be done?
APlease notify campsite staff immediately so that appropriate assistance can be provided.
