Stress Relief Coloring - "Dear Myself" Self-care Promotion Campaign - (Artwork Collection)

Do you have a good friendship with yourself? Do you take good care of your inner self and prioritize self-care? The Hong Kong PHAB Association's "Dear Myself" Self-care Promotion Program aims to promote health messages of self-care within the community through a series of activities and exhibitions, embarking on a journey of self-care together with you.

Research has shown that coloring for 10 minutes a day helps maintain mental well-being and reduce stress. The association has launched 12 "Dear Myself" stress relief coloring sheets, inviting everyone to color together, unleash their creativity, and find inner peace in the midst of busy lives, reclaiming the strength of body and mind.

The 12 coloring sheets encompass various "self-care" activities.

The association will collect completed coloring artworks and may exhibit them in future exhibitions and events.

Participation method: You can obtain coloring sheets from our association's service units or download and print them yourself (size: A3). After completing the coloring, fill in the information on the back page and submit the artwork to our service units or mail it to Room 1402, 21 Pak Fuk Road, North Point.

Deadline: June 21st (Friday)

Feel free to share this information with more people, and together, let's heal our spirits and relieve stress through coloring.
