This year, the Legislative Council General Election has garnered widespread attention and strong support across all sectors of society. As a government-subvented organization committed to advancing Hong Kong’s development and promoting PHAB integration and community inclusiveness, the Hong Kong PHAB Association considers it our civic duty to fully support this significant democratic event.
In support of the current Legislative Council General Election, after careful consideration, the Association has decided to postpone the 4th PHABestival and the 4th PHAB Challenge, originally scheduled for 7 December 2025, to enable the community to focus on participating in the election.
New date: Sunday, 1 March 2026
Venue: Kwun Tong Town Centre Free Space (unchanged)
